For both exchanges and returns, products must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returned products must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way; with attached tags and packaging and be returned in their original packaging.Please note for exchanges you can only request a different size and/or colour of the item you are returning.
Open the online Exchange procedure by logging in into your account area and clicking on "My orders" section. If you placed a guest order, you can request an item exchange by entering your order and zip code on the tracking page.

Your exchange will be sent out at our costs after the warehouse has received your parcel and carried out the quality check of the returned items.
Returns
If you wish to return an item, please follow the steps below:
